Telehandler Operator

1. Operate mobile, crawler, or overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment.
2. Follow load charts, lift plans, and rigging requirements for safe lifting.
3. Perform precision lifting and placement of heavy components as directed by the lifting supervisor or signalman.
4. Operate telehandlers to move materials, pallets, bundles, and components within the worksite.
5. Use various attachments (forks, buckets, jibs) as required for different tasks.
6. Ensure stable and balanced lifting using proper weight distribution and load limits.
7. Adhere to company HSE procedures, lifting standards, and site safety regulations.
8. Conduct pre-operational inspections of cranes and telehandlers (brakes, hydraulics, cables, hooks, safety devices).
9. Report any equipment defects, abnormalities, or unsafe conditions immediately.
10. Ensure exclusion zones, barricades, and lifting areas are properly maintained.
11. Verify rigging equipment (slings, shackles, hooks) for certification and condition.
